After the return is approved, there will be a Return Number issued.
Step 2. Package the items
Carefully package the items to ship to us. When packaging the items, make sure they are well protected and box is sturdy.
Step 3. Ship to us
You may request a FREE shipping label (only limit to the return as a result of seller error). If you are arranging for shipping on your own, ship to the address we give and make sure that you include your details with the items (return number, your name, contact number and email).
Step 4 Testing and Resolution.
Upon receiving your items, we will test the items and after confirm the problem, we will offer refund/exchange within 3 work days.
